Halflings Prequel ... FREE!
When I found out my prequel to the Halflings Series was going to be illustrated, I FREAKED! As a writer, its way fun to visualize your characters. Its even more fun to see actual illustrations of those characters. And when the artist NAILS IT, it's heaven.
Mace--is so Mace! Even down to the details in the necklace he wears.
Raven-perfect. I can't wait for my readers to see what he looks like to me. Do you picture him like this??? Once you get the prequel, you'll have to let me know!
And Vine was captured as the fresh cutie he is.

I think this is great! My daughter is an artist and she's illustrated some of my characters the way she perceived them. I'm happy to say her vision was very close to my own. I don't know if they'll ever be used for anything but my own viewing pleasure, but it was fantastic fun seeing the characters on paper.
