Hey Fanlings!

As promised, we have some big announcements to make about the Halflings series by Heather Burch. While the rest of the world won't find out about this until later this month, we're breaking the news here first on The Halflings Network. But before we get to our biggest announcement, there are some other great updates to let you know about:

Upcoming Network Updates:

As we ramp up to the exciting release of Guardian, the highly anticipated sequel to Halflings by Heather Burch, you can expect some small cosmetic changes to take place here on the Network. The same great features will be available, but everything will have a more consistent design and be more user-friendly.

A Halflings Rescue (FREE eBook):

Need your Halflings fix before Guardian releases this fall? Don't worry, we've got you covered! Heather Burch has penned another illustrated short-story that features your favorite Halflings in an action-packed side mission. Ok, you've been waiting long enough. If you guessed the word scramble correctly last month, you know that this has something to do with "Avenger." Would you believe that you're hearing this news before we even announce it to our full Zondervan staff?

That's right. Book 3 in the Halflings Series is titled Avenger, and will be available wherever books are sold in April, 2013.
